Photos or a PDF of the annual statement your landlord sent you. Multiple pages are fine.

We go through every item
Every cost item is checked against the Besluit servicekosten (Service Costs Decree) and the policy book of the Huurcommissie (rent tribunal).

A signal for each item and an estimate of what you may have overpaid. After that, you decide what to do.
